The Architects developed multiple options for replacing the original canopy and enclosing the “U” of the building to create a community gathering space at the entry to Great Bay Community College. A 2,600sf consensus solution was developed that not only provides the college community with a gathering space, but significantly alters the image and makes the main entry of the building readily apparent. The Architects provided comprehensive services that included HVAC, and electrical including lighting, AV, speaker system, and site work. The project was completed Fall 2010.
