Congratulations to Red Oak Properties on the groundbreaking at Elm Street this past week!  It is always a pleasure working with such a great team!  Dennis Mires P.A. The Architects participated in the symbolic but always exciting groundbreaking ceremony for this new apartment building on Elm Street in Manchester, NH hosted by North Branch Construction and Red Oak Apartments.  The project is designed with LEED energy efficiency standards:  a high-performance envelope, roof top solar panels, EV charging stations, and a dashboard in the lobby to witness the low energy consumption.  https://lnkd.in/eGVxybR
