The Architects have continued their working relationship with Southern New Hampshire Health System and Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health System, with the design of the new Pelham medical office building housing Primary and Specialty Care and Immediate Care services with additional out patient services of Radiology and Phlebotomy.  Through sensitive massing and appropriate detail the facility fulfills the design program without overwhelming the scale of Windham Road in Pelham. The visitor is greeted by a corner entry with a glass vestibule into the shared waiting area. Each wing provides either the Immediate Care services with expanded operating hours or the Primary and Specialty Care function with center nurse station, exam rooms, consult offices, and support spaces. The facility also houses Radiology and Laboratory services.  Each wing shares core administrative services.  The building is located at 33 Windham Road in Pelham and was completed by Fulcrum Associates, Inc. of Amherst, NH June 2012.
