Nashua Community College – STEM Center

The Architects renovated 27,000 sf of an existing building across two floors at Nashua Community College to create a STEM Center with a distinct identity. The program includes a microelectronics lab, IT training room, science labs, computer labs, offices, and informal collaboration spaces. Upgrades included new second-floor windows, HVAC, lighting, and all finishes. A new main west entrance provides ADA access from the west parking lot, and site drainage was improved as part of the project.

The interior spaces were designed to convey an active electronic learning environment and establish a unique identity within the campus. Part of the program supports collaboration with BAE Systems through its Microelectronics Boot Camp.
