Linear Technology – Manchester

Linear Technology Corporation designs & manufactures high performance integrated circuits. This new construction provides 20,000sf of lab, office, and general portfoliopace with extensive day-lighting throughout and rough-in for an additional 10,000 square feet of future expansion. Our services included adapting the company building standard to work with the local site and climate as well as reworking the building envelope to address the failures of their existing facilities and supporting the construction process. The building was completed Spring 2007.
