The Architects working with the Owner and Construction Manager provided architectural and structural services for this first Class A office complex in the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport area, Highland Forwarding, named one of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the nation by Inc. magazine, occupies the top level for offices and most of the lower level warehouse space. A second level is available for lease. This 32,400sf building provides a high performance envelope to minimize tenant utility expenses. The project was completed Fall 2013.
