Amelia Village – Nashua

The Architects completed the new construction of seven 4-unit townhouse buildings, creating a residential neighborhood around a drive and cul-de-sac at 300 Innovative Way in Nashua, NH. Each unit features a ground floor with entry, garage, and bonus room; a second floor with kitchen, living, dining, and half bath; and a third floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry. All floors are connected by an open stair.

The units step at the common walls, with a projecting form and a gable roof over the garage. Living rooms include bay windows, and the kitchen/living/dining floor opens to a rear deck in every unit. Exterior finishes include shingles, clapboard, and board-and-batten siding to articulate the forms, with each building featuring its own distinct color scheme.
