The Architects provided a feasibility study/master plan for the building and site. The plan identified alternative schematic designs for program needs, as well as located the addition on the site. The site was reviewed for future building growth relative to parking, well, septic system, and wetlands. The master plan also helped phase the construction in a logical order so that work completed would not have to be undone. Phase I included maintenance and repairs including roofing, siding and painting of the existing structure. A 4,800sf addition was completed to include classrooms, office, expanded Sanctuary, and ADA compliance. The project was completed in 2002.
